Open mouth, insert foot, go to prison.
Hopefully for a very very long time.

A grand jury indicted Crumley in March 2003 in a drive-by shooting that killed a man and injured his son outside their home in the 2700 block of Observation Drive that January.
Juan Figueroa, 43, died at a hospital after being shot in the chest and his son suffered minor injuries, officials said at the time.

A gold Chevrolet Malibu had stopped in front of the house. The younger Figueroa yelled, “Don't (expletive) with my family!” and an unidentified passenger replied, “I got something for you, come on!” according to a 2003 report.
A man got out of the Malibu with a “big, black SKS assault rifle,” according to an arrest affidavit, and began shooting. The driver, whom witnesses later identified as Shawn “Red” Williams, also got out of the car and fired a pistol.
The Malibu sped off, and Figueroa's son took his father to the hospital. Arrested four days later, Williams, now 28, was convicted of murder and sentenced to 25 years in prison.
Police at the time were looking for at least two other men.

Crumley recently mentioned the 2003 shooting to “some people,” who called police, Westover, W.Va., police Officer Mike Hoefler said. Officers arrested Crumley about two weeks ago as he emerged from a trailer in Westover.
