Man charged in sexual assault of mentally disabled woman

A man remains in custody after he was arrested Saturday morning for the sexual assault of a mentally disabled woman in October, officials said.

Ausencio Jimenez Luria, 32, was booked into the Bexar County Jail and is being held on a charge of aggravated sexual assault — disabled individual. His bail is set at $75,000.

Luria told the woman he was going to take her to spend some time with his stepdaughter. The disabled woman told police she got into the suspect's truck and was taken to a restaurant he owns in the 6000 block of West Commerce Street on Oct. 17, where the assault occurred, the affidavit states. The victim told officers Luria began kissing her, pushed her down to the floor, sexually assaulted her and offered her money to not tell, the affidavit confirms.
