Man found dead on school monkey bars

A body was found hanging by a belt from the monkey bars at George E. Kelly Elementary School this morning near Kelly Air Force Base. The man's name and age have not been released by the Bexar County medical examiner's office.
Officers and school staff kept children away from the scene as they waited for the county to collect the body.
