Man who escaped handcuffs arrested Saturday
By Michelle Casady - Express-NewsHe avoided jail for an extra two days, but Saturday afternoon Bexar County Sheriff's deputies caught up with Eric Delomba.
Delomba, 28, was caught by security guards at the Cypress Cove apartments around 3 a.m. Thursday when he tried to carjack a resident there.
The guards, who were off-duty detention officers, placed Delomba in handcuffs and escorted him to the complex's management office.
