County mulls jail bond election
NEW BRAUNFELS — Comal County
commissioners are looking into the possibility of holding a bond
election to finance much needed space for inmates and law enforcement
personnel currently housed at the Comal County Jail.

undersized and not adequate to handle our growing population,” County
Judge Sherman Krause said Wednesday. “I think the majority of
commissioners, if not all of them, think this issue is important enough
to put it out to the voters to decide.”
