Former Miss USA Fakih faces drunken driving trial

HIGHLAND PARK, Mich. -- Former Michigan beauty queen Rima Fakih is facing trial on a drunken driving charge.
Fakih's case is scheduled Wednesday before 30th District Court Judge Brigette Officer in Highland Park, an enclave of Detroit.
Two years ago, Fakih became the first Arab-American to be crowned Miss USA.
