Serial arsonist strikes again as van burns

GUADALUPE COUNTY - Officials say it appears a serial arsonist has struck again in a neighborhood south of Seguin.
Guadalupe County Fire Marshal Kelly Kistner said firefighters were called to the 200 block of Parkcreek Drive for a vehicle fire around 2:15 a.m. on Friday.
"The vehicle was a maroon Ford Aerostar van," he said. "The Sand Hills VFD responded and extinguished the fire. The vehicle was located in front of two residences that have both already caught on fire in recent months."
