Airport flap headed for court
By Roy Bragg - Express-NewsNEW BRAUNFELS — Dan Kelly held forth at an ad hoc conference table consisting of a half-dozen tables pushed together in the middle of the now-closed Aviator Café at the city's airport.
Fifteen other men sat around the table, munching on doughnuts, bananas and breakfast tacos donated by various group members. The guys — all pilots, some local and healthy contingents from towns such as Bulverde and New Berlin — have been gathering like this for years.
They fly in to eat and to talk about flying.
