Not a good thing to wake up in the morning to.

We'll wait and see how this turns out for her.  I hope okay for her sake.

BROWNSVILLE — State Rep. Tara Rios Ybarra is under indictment on suspicion of taking kickbacks to refer her dental patients to a McAllen oral surgeon as part of a multidentist scheme to bilk Medicaid.

Rios Ybarra, 38, D-South Padre Island, surrendered to U.S. marshals in Brownsville on Wednesday morning and was released on $100,000 bail.

Rios Ybarra is charged with three of 22 counts in an indictment partly unsealed Tuesday with the arrest of Dr. Gary Morgan Schwarz two of his office employees; and Rio Grande Valley dentists Willis David Egger, 40, of McAllen; and Reynaldo Casares, 53, of Mission.
