Man stabbed inside N. Side apartment

A 32-year-old man was found stabbed multiple times inside his North Side apartment Sunday afternoon, police said.
San Antonio Police Sgt. Martin Tobin said the man's girlfriend discovered his body about 6:30 p.m. in the back bedroom of his apartment in the 10300 block of Sahara Drive. She had not heard from her boyfriend in about a day, Tobin said, and decided to check up on him.
When she arrived at his residence at the Wood Hollow Apartment Homes, the girlfriend found the man, who was not immediately identified, dead from multiple stab wounds to his body, Tobin said. The man was not immediately identified, but Tobin said he had been dead for at least one day.
Police do not have any witnesses or suspects in the man's death, but it is being investigated as a homicide, Tobin said.
