Man jailed in downtown sexual assault
A 54-year-old has been arrested in the sexual assault of a young man, KSAT-TV is reporting.Carl Pelayo is alleged to have picked up the young victim downtown late Friday, offered him a ride and then sexually assaulted him, the station says.
When the victim was dropped off, he got the vehicle’s license number, KSAT says. Detectives discovered that in March, the license number was noted in a similar case.
