First there was the Wal-Mart employee trampled to death last week at the Black Friday sales event.
Now the news this morning was that the shooter, was a purchaser from the victim, who is a known dealer. The argument was over the fact that the purchaser wanted to sample a few lines of the product, presumably prior to the sale.
The dealer apparently didn't want to cooperate despite the first axiom of business-"The customer is always right".
I'm sure someone, somewhere, will chalk this all up to a sputtering economy.

An argument over drugs ended early Thursday morning when a 30-year-old man was shot and critically wounded inside an East Side residence, police said.
The shooting in the 2700 block of East Commerce happened around 4:15 a.m., police said.
Police found the man who had been shot standing on the corner of East Commerce and North Rio Grande. He had called police from his cell phone after being shot twice — once in the hip and once in the shoulder — with a semi-automatic weapon.
The man, whose name was not immediately released, was taken to Brooke Army Medical Center in serious condition, police said.
