Pastor living on the streets jailed again
A pastor who has been living on the streets in an attempt to
bring attention to homelessness has been jailed, WOAI-TV is reporting.The Rev. Lorenza Andrade Smith, of the United Methodist Church, had a warrant out for her arrest after she was cited for sleeping on a park bench, the station says.
Andrade Smith’s mission for the past year, to understand the plight of the homeless and the needy, has been carried out on the streets of San Antonio, WOAI notes.
