Tips sought in drive-by at cop's home
By Ana Ley - Express-NewsPolice are seeking tips in the drive-by shooting of an off-duty officer's Northwest Side home.
Crime Stoppers is offering up to $5,000 for information that leads to an arrest in the shooting Nov. 13, 2010, in the 12000 block of Paloma Trail.
The off-duty officer said she awoke about 3:40 a.m. after hearing the shots, which appeared to come from the Hausman Road area near her home. She later noticed bullet holes in the back of her house and bullets near a staircase.
