By Guillermo Contreras - Express-News A general manager of a downtown hotel was arrested Wednesday on charges that he distributed images of children being raped.
Phillip Wade Henderson, 51, who works at the Holiday Inn near Market Square, was ordered detained until a bail hearing today before U.S. Magistrate Judge Nancy Nowak.
Henderson came under scrutiny in February after an undercover FBI agent in Kansas City logged into a peer-to-peer file-sharing program and found more than 150 images of child pornography linked to a computer used by a person with an online name of “Gigafun,” a criminal complaint affidavit filed against him said.
