Morgan McGinnis, 9, is a spirited little girl who took those words to heart.
About a year ago, she was riding her bike home from Cambridge Elementary School in Alamo Heights when a driver police said was drunk allegedly ran a stop sign and careened into her, sending her flying. She lost consciousness, sustained serious abrasions and bruises and fractured her right wrist.
