Motorcyclist killed in Comal County crash
By Jessica Kwong - Express-News

A motorcyclist who was not wearing her helmet and took a curve too fast, crashed and died in Comal County on Sunday afternoon.

Canyon Lake resident Sharon Glynn, 61, was heading northbound on Summit Drive and, “unable to safely make the curve because of speed,” veered off the roadway and struck a steel gate in the 2900 block, said Louann Presas, police communications operator for the Texas Department of Public Safety.

The crash occurred around 4:45 p.m., and Glynn was pronounced dead at the scene, Presas said.
