Ex-attorney Clark is jailed again
NEW BRAUNFELS — After learning that disbarred a New Braunfels attorney and convicted felon had not registered as a sex offender, a Comal County assistant district attorney notified local police.
Comal County Sheriff’s Office deputies arrested Mark Adrian Clark, 55, about 5:30 p.m. Monday at his home in the 30000 block of Beck Road, CCSO Lt. Mark Reynolds said. He said Clark was arrested on a warrant for sex offender’s duty to register for 10 years, a state jail felony.
