Kidnapper found
Glad his wife was okay.
We'll see how it all plays out as far as who prosecutes him. Obviously, I am sure, the Federal kidnapping and bank robbery charges will take precedence over the truck stealing charge in Comal County. That doesn't mean he may not get indicted on it.
All will get sorted out soon enough.
Pretty pathetic picture IMHO.
Timothy Caskey caught in Mexico
NEW BRAUNFELS — A Minnesota man suspected of kidnapping his wife, taking her to New Braunfels and stealing a truck was arrested Monday in Mexico, and his wife was recovered.
Chief Thomas Wibert of New Braunfels Police Department said he was unsure whether Timothy Glen Caskey would be charged in Comal County because federal charges could take precedence.
