Texas sized emergency

How about emergency aid for the Border while we're at it?

I mean we only had the El Paso City Hall hit by several bullets because of a drug battle in Juarez, Mexico.

I know troops on the Border wouldn't stop bullets from coming into the US.  Perhaps a show of the flag on the Border will give the drug gangs pause.  Not to mention cutting down on the illegal immigration.
