FREDERICKSBURG — A jury found former Pedernales Electric Co-op General Manager Bennie Fuelberg guilty Friday of theft, money laundering and misapplication of fiduciary property, all third-degree felonies.

Fuelberg could face two to 10 years in prison and a $10,000 fine for each charge. Testimony in the punishment phase will likely conclude next week, said his defense attorney, Chris Gunter.

“We respect the jury's decision, but we're disappointed,” Gunter said.
