Former NB mayor Bruce Boyer wins three-county judicial race
NEW BRAUNFELS — The judge’s gavel goes to former New Braunfels mayor Bruce Boyer.
Boyer unofficially won 59 percent of the vote in Tuesday’s GOP runoff election to defeat opponent David Glickler of Buda in the race for judge in the three-county 22nd Judicial District.
“I’m very humbled and very thankful,” Boyer said. “I congratulate David on a very good, solid, hard but civil race in these difficult political times. I wish him all the best and look forward to serving the three counties and doing the best job I can.”
