Detectives: Nude man set own apartment on fire

A man was charged with setting fire to his own apartment just north of downtown last month.
Carlos Rene Tomasi, 38, was set to be booked in Bexar County Jail on one count of arson Monday evening. A judge set bail at $25,000.
A witness told San Antonio Fire Department arson detectives he saw a naked Tomasi empty a refrigerator in the community room in the apartment complex in the 400 block of Warren on Nov. 27.
