Its deja vu all over again. Didn't I just write about a dad driving drunk with an under 15 kid who called up his wife when arrested to get the kid and she drove up, with their other under 15 year old kid also intoxicated so they both were arrested.
Sheesh!
CLIO, Mich. — A police officer checking on a truck that got stuck in the mud at a city park was startled to find a 13-year-old boy behind the wheel.
