Fox faces murder indictment
Violent crimes stand out on this month’s list of grand jury indictments Jennifer Tharp, Comal County criminal district attorney, released from her office Thursday afternoon.
Grand jurors handed up the indictments March 13.
On the list is Nathaniel Paul Fox, 27, of New Braunfels, accused of the most heinous of all crimes: Murder.
Along with the count of murder, jurors indicted Fox on one count
of aggravated assault of a family or household member with a deadly
weapon in connection with the New Year’s Day death of Melissa Eason, 27,
of New Braunfels.
