Man gets 15 years in child sex slavery case

A man accused of paying $25 at an East Side crack den to have sex with a 13-year-old girl who had been kidnapped, tied to the bed and prostituted against her will has been sentenced to 15 years in prison.
Nicolas “Little Nicky” Davila, 23, is the third person to go to prison in the child sex slavery case. Brothers Juan and Bobby “Spider” Moreno, accused orchestrating the 2007 kidnapping, were sentenced by juries to life in prison without parole.
Davila was ordered in 2011 by state District Judge Ron Rangel to serve 10 years in prison for probation violations — including the child rape arrest — after a previous drug charge. As part of a plea agreement, Rangel on Monday also ordered concurrent terms of 10 years for the aggravated sexual assault of a child charge, five years for a hit and run case and 15 years for a new drug case.
