Authorities arrested two people over the weekend who allegedly confessed to making and planting three homemade explosives at a man's Northwest Side home on three separate occasions this summer.
The arrests come after the man's ex-wife, Tami Lyn Hernandez, 36, was jailed last week on federal charges in connection with the same crime.
On Saturday, the Bexar County Fire Marshal's Office obtained six separate arrest warrants for Temera Renee Sparks, 17, for allegedly planting Molotov cocktails or pipe bombs at the home of her friend's father, Tlahuilt Manuel Hernandez, according to the arrest warrant affidavits.
