Mumbai woman gets obscene e-mail from friend
By Mateen Hafeez - The Times of India MUMBAI: The cyber crime investigation cell (CCIC) of the Mumbai police, while probing an obscene email sent to a female employee of a private firm, found that the mail was in fact sent by her friend who posed as a man.
After the police tracked down the culprit, the matter was closed as the victim did not want to file an FIR against her friend.
A police source said, "The culprit sent a mail to the victim from a fake email account on May 2. The mail contained vulgar and obscene sentences. The culprit, who posed as one Prakash Jadhav, asked the victim, who is married and has a child, if she was getting satisfaction from having sex with a few colleagues. The sender also wrote that he would give her full satisfaction if she agreed to have sex with him."
