Ex-Santikos exec indicted in fraud

Ryszard “Richard” Cieplechowicz's cup has runneth over with ill-gotten gains, federal authorities say.
The former executive of Santikos Theaters in San Antonio was indicted Wednesday on charges of stealing $800,000 by using a shell company to overcharge the theaters for drinking cups.
The indictment says Cieplechowicz, who was director of business development for Santikos, took over the process of ordering cups for moviegoers in January 2008.
