Man injured in drive-by shooting on Northwest side

San Antonio police are looking for a teenager suspected of shooting an 18-year-old on the Northwest Side early Sunday.
Royal Wagoner remains in stable condition at University Hospital, where he was taken around 1:15 a.m. following the shooting in the 9600 block of Westover Hills Boulevard, according to a San Antonio Police Department incident report.
Police said Wagoner and another teen were at a party nearby when a fight broke out. The teens got into Wagoner's vehicle, and as Wagoner drove, the other teen said he saw a teen with a pistol in another vehicle, the report states.
