Will this be a problem?

Did the guy know that these guys were law enforcement officers?

Had they ID'ed themselves?

Still doesn't allow him to ram the car but I'm just looking at what might be thrown out there by the defense attorney who'll represent the fugitive.

Comal deputy involved in shooting in San Antonio
By Valentino Lucio - Express-News

A Comal County sheriff's deputy was involved in San Antonio's first officer-involved shooting Wednesday night when he fired two gunshots during the apprehension of a wanted man outside a business on the Northwest Side, officials said.

The deputy, a member of the Lone Star Fugitive Task Force, and a Bexar County warrant officer were in pursuit of Justin Moore, 38, who was wanted on a charge of sexual assault of a child, said Tom Smith of the U.S. Marshals Service.

The two officers were in an unmarked SUV following the fugitive and a passenger, who were in a Mitsubishi Outlander, when they pulled into a parking lot behind Hemmingway's Tavern in the 8900 block of Wurzbach Road.
