The investigation of the family lasted several months, Tooke said.
On Thursday, the woman and three men were taken into custody and faced multiple counts of possession with intent to distribute, Tooke said.
Officials confiscated approximately $250,000 worth of cocaine and about $80,000 in cash at the two locations.
