Neighbor indicted in Barrios slaying

A grand jury on Monday indicted Joe Estrada, 18, on a capital murder charge in the death of restaurateur Viola Barrios.
Firefighters discovered Barrios' burned body when they responded to a fire at her house on April 24. She had been shot in the head with an arrow.

Estrada, Barrios' neighbor, later was found with her credit cards and car key.
The grand jury also indicted Estrada for three unrelated cases, two burglaries of a habitation and a theft of a vehicle, according to the Bexar County District Attorney's Office.
Barrios was well known in the community as owner of Los Barrios and La Hacienda de Los Barrios.
