I would think that constitutes a pretty serious matter. Glad he's relatively okay.
Police seek suspects in stabbing attack

Seguin Police Detective Sgt. Aaron Seidenberger said officers went to the 200 block of Terrell Street at 12:43 a.m. Saturday after John Broadnax reported being accosted by a group of young men who stole his wallet — and his bicycle.
“Upon arrival, officers located a male victim sitting on the curb,” Seidenberger said in a news release. “He reported that while he was riding his bicycle on Terrell Street, he was approached by a group of possibly three to five males who stopped him.”
