Fredricksburg honors war casualty
By Zeke MacCormack - Express-NewsFREDERICKSBURG — Army Pfc. Benjamen Chisholm's family celebrated his life and mourned his death Wednesday, recalling him as a free spirit and their go-to guy.
“He was always so energetic and happy, no matter what,” nephew Julian Frolov said of Chisholm, 24, who died in Afghanistan with a fellow soldier when a roadside bomb flipped their vehicle Aug. 17.
During the service at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, tears flowed freely for the fallen soldier, whose bride of five months, Amber Chisholm, is pregnant.
