Parents behind bars in death of 5-year-old boy

In handcuffs and flanked by police, the stepmother of a 5-year-old boy who died Thursday sobbed as she was placed in the back of the patrol car, charged with felony injury to a child.
“I don't know what happened, I love my kids,” said Crystal Williams, 27, hiding her face from TV cameras.
Police also arrested her husband, Charleston Williams, 25, — Josiah Williams' biological father — on the same charge.
