Behaving badly

Now this is reprehensible behavior by the former officer.

Ex-fair Oaks cop gets two years for stalking
Federal sentence issued for e-mailing explicit photos.
By Guillermo Contreras -

A former Fair Oaks Ranch police officer convicted of arson was sentenced Friday to two years in prison for emailing sexually explicit photos of a woman to her and 29 of her co-workers.

As part of a plea deal, Robert Lee Crews, 41, who now lives in San Diego, Calif., pleaded guilty to a federal interstate stalking charge and agreed to a sentence of two years in federal prison. Chief U.S. District Judge Fred Biery also ordered Crews to serve three years of federal supervision once he gets out of prison.

Crews was indicted in April and admitted that he caused the San Antonio woman, with whom he had a previous relationship, “substantial emotional distress,” according to his plea deal.
