Child porn 'addict' enters guilty plea
A Guadalupe County man pleaded guilty Tuesday to a federal charge of possessing child pornography.
Roger Murl Freeman, who owns a laser cutting business called Vintage Aviation and Vintage Manufacturing, agreed to be sentenced to four years in prison as part of a plea deal.
His plea agreement said Guadalupe County Sheriff’s deputies served a search warrant at his house and business in October 2007 and seized several computers. Among them was a laptop that contained his “dark side” — evidence of his fondness for young teenage girls, the plea deal said.
