SEGUIN - Guadalupe County Judge Mike Wiggins, who was arrested Monday night in College Station on a charge of possession of less than 2 ounces of marijuana, declined to meet with reporters Friday morning at his office in the Justice Center.
Wiggins issued a written statement that was being distributed to news media:
"At this time, I am working to resolve the issues in Brazos County. Upon completion, I will provide a full public disclosure of the events that have transpired," Wiggins said.
