Pharr cop shoots colleague in foot
By Lynn Brezosky - Express-NewsBROWNSVILLE — A Pharr police officer accidentally shot another in the foot during a training exercise Wednesday, Pharr police said.
The shooting occurred as the officers, who weren't named, took part in a training exercise at the rear of the police department headquarters at about 6:30 p.m. Wednesday.
The wounded officer was in stable condition at an area hospital.
